Rosé wines are undoubtedly the emblem of Provence , and Château de Berne stands out as a true expert here. The Grande Cuvée rosé 2021 in AOP Côtes de Provence is a rosé wine made from a blend of grape varieties typical of the south of France: syrah, grenache noir, carignan and cinsault.
Gold medalist at the Provence Wine Competition, this organic wine is a Côtes de Provence rosé which is characterized by a pretty light peach color. Its very expressive nose returns complex notes of stone fruits and citrus fruits, as well as aromas of exotic fruits and spices. On the palate, we love the beautiful roundness and fruity notes of vine peaches of this emblematic vintage.
The Grande Cuvée red from Berne
With a more imposing aromatic complexity, the Grande Cuvée rouge 2019 in AOP Côtes de Provence is a unique red wine , like the Berne estate. Thanks to the slow maturity of the grapes (Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon) and aging in oak barrels for 12 months, this iconic vintage displays a beautiful aromatic palette and an elegant dark garnet red color.
We like the frank expression of the fruity aromas (ripe black fruits) of these red wines, as well as the light spicy and floral notes. So many assets that make a harmonious marriage with grilled meats, Provençal cuisine, or even cheeses with character.

Made from white grape varieties typical of the Provençal terroir (Rolle and Sémillon), the Grande Cuvée blanc de Berne 2017 is a white wine in organic conversion which seduces with its great freshness.
This white Côtes de Provence cuvée reveals a pretty intense yellow color, and the nose ensures a beautiful complexity, mixing notes of brioche and exotic fruits, as well as aromas of butter biscuits. The palate, full and velvety, reveals notes of bread pudding, pineapple juice, roasted hazelnuts and licorice, with a finish marked by honey and butter.
