Very expressive fresh nose, notes of lime, white flowers and wild mint

Palate

Full then fresh attack, nice balance, nice covering roundness. Development of fruity aromas (William pear and lemon) with a slightly liquorice finish

Wine and food pairing

Ideal as an aperitif, Provencal starters (tomato carpaccio),
Southern cuisine, a perfect marriage of oriental dishes and
Asian (sashimi)


Custody advice

Ideal tasting temperature between 10° and 12°C.
Tip: rather than putting your white in the freezer, put your white in an ice bucket with water and ice cubes.
