Ultimate Provence offers a palette of intense flavors and gradually reveals touches of exotic fruits, fresh lemon fused with bold floral notes representing its domain.

This surprising rosé on the palate reveals its most beautiful assets to bring out a performance of remarkable freshness marked by spicy touches of white pepper

Wine and food pairing

A bold fusion cuisine. Ideal as an aperitif but also with white meats, grilled meats, cheeses, cold meats, fish, seafood and lightly spiced dishes.

Custody advice

Best consumed now or within 2 years. Optimal serving temperature is 12°C, but serve cooler in summer.
Tip: Place your rosé in an ice bucket with water and ice cubes for optimal tasting.

Winemaking

Fermentation at 16-18°C reveals certain ranges of aromas, followed by slightly reductive ageing on lees before final blending. A contemporary rosé, combining fruitiness, floral nuances and spices.
