Organic wine

The cuvée Château de Berne is the quintessence of elegant and tasty white from the estate. Priority to fruity expression and freshness on the palate. A nocturnal harvest with sorting of the grapes, then direct pressing (maceration for a few hours depending on the plots), allows the selection of the most beautiful juices (first presses and press hearts).

Nose

Very expressive fresh nose, notes of lime, white flowers and wild mint

Palate

Full then fresh attack, nice balance, nice covering roundness. Development of fruity aromas (William pear and lemon) with a slightly liquorice finish

Wine and food pairing

Ideal as an aperitif, Provencal starters (tomato carpaccio),
Southern cuisine, a perfect marriage of oriental dishes and
Asian (sashimi)

Custody advice

Ideal tasting temperature between 10° and 12°C.
Tip: rather than putting your white in the freezer, put your white in an ice bucket with water and ice cubes.
