  • 150 grams of sugar;
  • A bottle of rosé wine;
  • A lime or lemon juice;
  • 100 grams of strawberries;
  • 30 cl of water.

To obtain a perfect granita, boil the water, then add all the ingredients, before placing everything in the freezer for 5 hours. Take the time to mix the cocktail from time to time, and serve it in chilled glasses.

Rosé Punch, the spicy cocktail

If you like cocktails a little stronger, you'll love the Punch rosé . Ideal during warm festive summer evenings, this mixture requires a little preparation to ensure good tasting.

For 6 people, you will need:

A bottle of rosé;

  • Lemon juice;
  • 65 ml of cane sugar;
  • 120 ml of white rum;
  • A bottle of sparkling water;
  • Some red fruits;
  • Ice cubes.

As with the granita, you will then need to add all the ingredients (except the soft drink) and mix them vigorously, before placing them in the refrigerator for a few hours. When serving, add the sparkling water and, if necessary, more ice cubes.
