Color

Very pale, clear pink color.

Nose

On the nose, we detect touches of stone fruits (Brugnon) and exotic fruits (lychee).

Palate

Frank attack on the palate but also delicious, fruity and delicious. Very silky and sweet wine accompanied by a freshness of citrus fruits (mandarin). Finely structured, its finish reveals a seductive, lacy wine.

Wine and food pairing

Perfect accompaniment as an aperitif or for barbecues or salads and even for slightly spicy dishes.

Custody advice

Optimal tasting temperature at 12°C but serve cooler in summer.
Tip: Put your rosé in an ice bucket with water and ice cubes for optimal tasting.

Winemaking

This cuvée was born from the search for the purest expression of a delicate limestone Grenache, in its visual, olfactory and taste expression. Yet from old vines, the pale color is obtained by a short and delicate maceration, cold, with selection of the first juices. Stabilization on mud for several days enriches the mouth, imparting fat. Fermentation takes place in vats, around 16-18°C, to allow the leavens to express themselves and release the intense fruit bouquets. In the mouth, finesse is obtained by aging on fine lees and stirring for several weeks. The conditioning is carried out at the chosen time, in spring, to capture the moment.
