Winemaking

Terres de Berne is the quintessence of the estate's tasty and graceful rosé. Beautiful expression of freshness and fruitiness on the palate. A harvest carried out at night with sorting of the grapes, then direct pressing (maceration for a few hours depending on the plots), makes it possible to select the finest juices (first presses and core presses). Careful settling, reincorporation of filtered lees, fermentations carried out between 14 and 18°C for greater aromatic complexity in the final blend. Aging in vats, on fine lees with daily stirring.
