The Berne Romance cuvée comes from a rich blend of multiple expressive grape varieties, selected from plots in the Mediterranean basin, our natural area and the cradle of MDCV, with limestone as a link. This vintage was born from the desire to interpret our wines in an even more fruity, light and refreshing way. With the same care as in the Côtes de Provence, our expertise extends from the selection of plots and night harvest dates, to the blending of grape varieties and careful packaging in a protective atmosphere. The preservation of color and delicate fruit aromas is made possible by the use of neutral gases, such as nitrogen, the maintenance of musts and wines at controlled, cool temperatures, and above all the daily stirring of wines on lees. fine gives them a boost of flavor in the mouth.
