Kombucha is prepared using an infusion of green tea, black tea, verbena and blond cane sugar. Fruit juices or herbs are then added to create unique flavours that are perfectly fermented.

Kaffir Lime is MANI's original version with a lovely balance of slightly sweet and tart.

Kaffir lime is rich in vitamin C, as well as minerals and trace elements. It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antiseptic properties.
