Rosé wine sorbet: the simplest rosé ice cream recipe

You don't need to be a great chef to make delicious ice cream made with rosé wine . Here is a simple first recipe that will delight you.

Ingredients :

  • 1 bottle of dry rosé wine;
  • 200 grams of sugar;
  • 60 cl of water.

Recipe :

  • Heat the sugar and water until the sugar has completely melted in the water, then allow the mixture to cool;
  • Add the rosé wine and mix gently;
  • Place the mixture in an ice cream maker.

All you have to do is enjoy, making sure to eat the ice cream within 2 to 3 days.

Good to know: if you don't have an ice cream maker, simply place the mixture of sugar, water and rosé in the freezer, then mix and crush the frozen mixture with a fork every 15 minutes.

Rosé wine and lavender sorbet

Let's add a little Provence to our next rosé ice cream recipe , with a little touch of lavender which smells of summer and sunshine.

Ingredients :

  • 200 ml of Provence rosé;
  • 40 ml of lavender syrup;
  • 1 teaspoon of lavender honey;
  • 50 ml of raspberry cream;
  • A dozen pitted cherries;
  • A few fresh basil leaves.

Recipe :

  • Mix the rosé wine, lavender syrup, lavender honey and raspberry cream;
  • In a sorbet mold, distribute the pitted cherries cut in half;
  • Pour the liquid mixture into the mold;
  • Place the mold in the freezer for 45 minutes;
  • Place sticks in each sorbet;
  • Leave the mixture in the freezer for another 4 hours;
  • Unmold and enjoy!

Iced stick with rosé and blackcurrant cream

Let's continue the gourmet recipes with rosé wine ice cream sticks decorated with a good blackcurrant cream and some red fruits.

Ingredients :

  • 100 grams of red fruits;
  • 100 ml of rosé wine;
  • 150 grams of powdered sugar;
  • 250 grams of liquid crème fraîche;
  • 100 ml of blackcurrant cream.

Recipe :

  • Blend the red fruits in a blender, then strain the mixture through a strainer to make a delicious coulis;
  • Mix the coulis and the sugar, and heat everything for 5 minutes;
  • Allow the mixture to cool;
  • In the blender, place the liquid cream, rosé wine, crème de cassis and red fruit coulis, then mix for a few minutes;
  • Pour the mixture into eskimo molds and place them in the freezer;
  • After 45 minutes, place a stick in the center of each mold, then put everything back in the freezer for 4 hours;
  • Unmold and enjoy!

Tip: to unmold your ice cream more easily, do not hesitate to run the mold under hot water for a few seconds.

A sparkling rosé sorbet

If you like the surprising taste of rosé wine with an ice cream texture , try sparkling wine sorbet: deliciousness guaranteed!

Ingredients :

  • 75 cl of sparkling rosé;
  • 80 grams of honey;
  • 250 grams of sugar;
  • 30 cl of water.

Recipe :

  • Boil the honey, sugar and water;
  • Remove from the heat, add the sparkling rosé wine;
  • Pour the mixture into a dish and place it in the refrigerator;
  • When the mixture is completely cool, pour it into the ice cream maker and follow the instructions for your model.

Once your frozen rosé is ready, you can add pieces of fruit or a few fresh mint leaves.
