Color

Beautiful pale golden yellow colour

Nose

Nose of ripe lemon, white peach, white flowers (acacia) and some mineral notes (flint).

Palate

The attack is rather round, then quite light and caressing, with subtle tart notes.

Ideal as an aperitif, with some gougères or cheese biscuits, fish, chicken Caesar salad...

Custody advice

Optimal tasting temperature at 10°C.
Tip: Put your rosé in an ice bucket with water and ice cubes for optimal tasting.

Winemaking

The preservation of colour and delicate fruity aromas is made possible by careful vinification, maintaining the musts and wines at cool, controlled temperatures, and above all, careful stirring of the wines on fine lees, which brings out the distinct richness that is noticeable on the palate.
