will go perfectly with salmon gravlax
or goat cheese involtini.

Best enjoyed now or within 2 years. Ideal serving temperature: 10°C.
Tip: rather than putting your rosé in the freezer, put your rosé in an ice bucket with water and ice cubes.

Winemaking

A tribute to Provence, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. From the selection of the plots and the night harvests to the blending and packaging under a protective atmosphere, every effort is made to preserve the freshness, color, and delicate fruity aromas. Working at low temperatures, using neutral gases, and stirring on fine lees reveal a delightful richness and an authentic aromatic expression on the palate.
