Tip: rather than putting your rosé in the freezer, put your rosé in an ice bucket with water and ice cubes.

Winemaking

A two-week ageing period on the lees, with daily stirring of the lees, releases the aromas of the grapes and adds a smooth texture on the palate daily stirring of the lees, releases the aromas of the grapes and gives the wine a smooth texture on the palate. Fermentation takes place in vats and oak/acacia barrels, followed by ageing on fine lees for 6 months. The final result, obtained by reassembling the wines, avoids any heavy woody notes, offering instead discreet tannins that underline the structure of the Grenache, with appreciable ageing potential.
