Winemaking

The flagship cuvée of Maison Berne finds its origins in a clever blend of grape varieties, of which Grenache noir remains the king, and Provençal terroirs, with limestone as a link. MDCV expertise on this vintage extends from the selection of plots and the choice of night harvest dates, to the blending of grape varieties and careful packaging in a protective atmosphere. The preservation of color and delicate fruity aromas is made possible by the use of neutral gases, such as nitrogen, the maintenance of musts and wines at cool and controlled temperatures, and above all the careful stirring of wines on fine lees. brings the frank gourmandise perceptible in the mouth.
