Winemaking

Ultimate Provence Rosé, an emblematic cuvée of Provence, subtly blends typical grape varieties such as Syrah and Rolle. Its pale color, with sometimes coppery or silvery highlights, is the culmination of a meticulous process, such as the selection of the best juices and aging on lees.
Fermentation at 16-18°C reveals a range of aromas, followed by a slightly reductive aging on the lees before final blending. A contemporary rosé, combining fruitiness, floral nuances, and spices.
