Custody advice

Ideal tasting temperature at 10°C.
Tip: rather than putting your rosé in the freezer, put your rosé in an ice bucket with water and ice cubes.

Winemaking

La Réserve is the vintage tribute to the unique style of Bertrands. The grapes are harvested between the end of August and mid-September, at full maturity, to express a beautiful fruitiness on the nose and on the palate. The pale peach color, a true Provençal signature, is obtained by night harvesting, gentle pressing and careful settling in the cold. The diversity of fermentation yeasts (between 14 and 18°C) ensures the complexity of the bouquet. Short aging ensures the stability and harmony of the blend.
