La Bière de la Rade is an independent micro-brewery founded in the City of Toulon. Backed by solid experience, it fosters an adventurous spirit and continually strives to innovate and push back the limits, in the aim of cultivating a new, more conscious way of drinking. La Bière de la Rade is an aware and forward-looking brewery committed to bringing people together regardless of their differences, while respecting the environment and honouring organic growing.

La Barrac', a wild and powerful IPA , was developed in collaboration with G.P. Pelizzaro (manager of Caps du Sud - Marchand de Bières). Its 4 varieties of hops et and 3 Dry Hoppings* lend it an agreeable bitterness and inimitable flavour!

*Dry Hopping is the process of adding hops, usually during secondary fermentation, to lend a more distinct hop aroma to the beer. Dry hopping is traditionally used for Pale Ales and IPAs.
