Designed for 6 to 8 guests, this gourmet creation showcases Valensole almonds, an iconic product of the region, sourced from a local producer carefully selected by Château de Berne's Pastry Chef Eric Raynal.

Balanced and delicate, this Yule log first reveals a crunchy Valensole almond praline, followed by a Genoa sponge cake subtly flavoured with almond and orange. At its heart, homemade orange marmalade adds a touch of acidity, revealing a creamy almond filling, all enveloped in a light almond milk mousse.
