The Berne Romance cuvée comes from a rich blend of multiple expressive grape varieties, selected from plots from the Mediterranean basin, our natural area and the cradle of MDCV, with limestone as a link. This vintage was born from the desire to interpret our wines in an even lighter, fruitier and refreshing way. With as much care as in the Côtes de Provence, our expertise is exercised from the selection of plots and night harvest dates, to the blending of grape varieties and careful packaging in a protective atmosphere. The preservation of color and delicate fruity aromas is made possible by the use of neutral gases, such as nitrogen, the maintenance of musts and wines at cool and controlled temperatures, but also the careful stirring of wines on fine lees. which brings extra flavor to the mouth.
