Color

Beautiful intense yellow color, golden reflections, perfect shine

Nose

Lots of complexity, notes of brioche and butter biscuit, exotic fruits (pineapple, mango), enhanced with a hint of tuberose

Palate

Charming, velvety, ample attack. Lots of roundness, very well balanced wine. On the palate, notes of milk bread, grilled hazelnuts, pineapple juice, licorice stick. Long and fresh finish with finely buttery and honey aromas

Wine and food pairing

To be enjoyed with foie gras in terrine or pan-fried with peaches, turbot mousseline or Bresse chicken with chanterelles

Custody advice

Ideal tasting temperature between 10° and 12°C. This wine can be discovered at the estate's Michelin-starred restaurant.
Tip: rather than putting your white in the freezer, put your white in an ice bucket with water and ice cubes.
