Very expressive, aromas of ripe black fruits, spices (pepper, Havana) and floral (violet) supported by a well-blended woodiness

Palate

Fresh and light attack well supported by velvety and melted tannins. Aromas of black fruits (griottes, Ente plum). Great aromatic and fruity depth on the palate. Beautifully long finish with fruity and elegantly woody aromas

Magnificent marriage with grilled herbs from our terraces, headless larks, truffled brillat savarin

Custody advice

Ideal tasting temperature around 16° to 18°C.
