The Berne Intemporelle cuvée finds its origins in a beautiful combination of grape varieties, of which Grenache noir remains the favorite, and terroirs of Provence, with limestone as a link. MDCV's control over this vintage is incomparable, from the choice of plots and night harvest dates, to the blending of grape varieties and the careful packaging in a protective atmosphere. The color and delicate fruit aromas are preserved by the use of neutral gases, such as nitrogen, the maintenance of musts and wines at controlled, cool temperatures, and above all the regular stirring of wines on lees. fine gives them the beautiful deliciousness appreciable in the mouth.
