Nose

A very fruity nose offering a variety of aromas: peach, mandarin, mango.

Palate

A fresh and fruity attack (mango, peach), then becoming rounder. Silky texture on the palate. A fruity and supple finish, with lovely length and citrus notes.

Wine and food pairing

Grilled red mullet fillet with thyme and Mediterranean vegetable puree or a prawn tartare with avocado and grapefruit.

Custody advice

Enjoy now or within 2 years. Best served at 12°C (serve cooler in summer).

Winemaking

Careful settling, reincorporation of filtered lees, fermentations conducted between 14 and 18°C ​​for greater aromatic complexity in the final blend. Aging on fine lees in tanks with regular stirring.
