Color

Its clear color is a very pale pink.

Nose

On the nose, we distinguish notes of exotic fruits (lychee) and stone fruits (brugnon).

Palate

The palate is frank in attack but also greedy, delicious and fruity. It is a very delicate and silky wine with the freshness of citrus fruits (mandarin). Its finish is finely structured and reveals an elegant, lacy wine.

Wine and food pairing

Ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to salads and barbecues.

Custody advice

Ideal tasting temperature at 10°C.
Tip: rather than putting your rosé in the freezer, put your rosé in an ice bucket with water and ice cubes.
